As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to take ownership of our day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

? Key Responsibilities
- MIS & Financial Reporting: Maintain and update financial MIS, revenue and expense reports, collection reports, and other management dashboards to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate books of accounts, record revenue and expenses, manage accounting entries, and ensure financial records are complete and up to date.
- Invoicing: Generate and raise accurate invoices for clients, partners, and other stakeholders, and ensure timely sharing and tracking of invoices.
- Accounts Receivable & Collections:



Track outstanding and overdue payments, follow up with defaulters through calls, emails, and other channels, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, invoices, collections, and other financial transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Audit Support: Maintain supporting documents and records required for audits and coordinate with auditors, accountants, and external consultants whenever required.
- Contract & Documentation Management: Maintain and organize financial agreements, contracts, invoices, supporting documents, and other records related to customers, vendors, and partners.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding
