About the Role
We are seeking a high‑impact Sales Leader with a proven track record of acquiring business through Implementation Partners, MSP programs, and Direct Enterprise Accounts. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a hunter environment, builds executive‑level relationships, and consistently converts opportunities into revenue, gross profit, and long‑term strategic accounts.
This is not a passive account‑management role. We need a leader who can personally generate business, activate signed MSAs, and build a repeatable, scalable sales engine.

Key Responsibilities
- New Logo Acquisition — Personally open doors with Implementation Partners, MSP programs, and Direct enterprise clients.
- Revenue & GP Ownership — Drive measurable revenue and gross profit through personally generated business.
- MSP & VMS Engagement — Navigate MSP ecosystems, build relationships with program managers, and secure consistent demand.
- Implementation Partner Sales — Expand business through SI/Implementation Partner channels with multi‑level stakeholder coverage.




- Enterprise Relationship Building — Engage procurement, TA leaders, delivery heads, BU heads, and CXOs.
- Logo Activation — Convert signed agreements into active requirements, revenue, and long‑term accounts.
- Sales Process Creation — Build a predictable, repeatable sales playbook and scalable team structure.
- Pipeline Management — Maintain a strong pipeline through outreach, referrals, events, and partner networks.
- Contract Negotiation — Lead pricing discussions, commercial terms, and margin governance.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure client success.

What Success Looks Like
