About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional to identify and develop current business opportunities within the IT staffing and consulting industry.
The role will focus on new-logo acquisition, account research, prospecting, outreach, and relationship development across System Integrators, Implementation Partners, and direct enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts, new logos, and key decision makers.
- Connect with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leaders, Practice Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Vendor Management, and other key stakeholders.
- Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial prospect conversations to understand their technology, hiring, staffing, and consulting needs.
- Present the company's IT staffing, staff augmentation, and consulting capabilities effectively to prospective clients.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship development.
- Use AI tools, automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and other sales/prospecting platforms to improve account research, outreach personalization, follow-ups, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, Recruiting, and Delivery teams to convert qualified opportunities into business.

What We’re Looking For
- 3-10 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition, preferably within IT staffing, staff augmentation, or IT consulting.
- Good understanding of the IT services and staffing ecosystem, including System Integrators, Implementation Partners, and direct clients.
- Proven experience in account research, prospecting, new-logo outreach, and lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage
