- Manage and maintain MS Access databases focused on reinsurance data to ensure data accuracy and integrityn
- Extract, clean, and manipulate complex reinsurance datasets for accurate analysis and reportingn
- Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solvingn
- Develop long-lasting, trusted consulting relationships with clientsn
- Able to work in dual shore engagement across multiple time zonesn
- Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure they meet client expectationsn
- Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to clientn

- Design, develop, and maintain MS Access databases to support reinsurance data storage, processing, and reporting needs.n
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large sets of reinsurance data for reporting and analysis.n
- Create, automate,



and manage complex queries, forms, and reports within MS Access.n
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and finance teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.n
- Troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance for large datasets.n
- Develop and maintain documentation on database structures, workflows, and reporting processes.n
- Support and enhance data quality controls and data integrity processes.n
- Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports; familiarity with Power BI to create interactive and insightful reports is highly desirable.n
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement improvements in data management and reporting workflows.n
- Stay updated with best practices in database management and reporting technologies.n
