nRole Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure construction, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Daily activities include researching target markets, engaging potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, and preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical and project teams. The role also involves managing and nurturing existing client accounts, tracking opportunities in CRM or similar tools, and collaborating with leadership to support bidding, negotiations, and closure of contracts.
