- Valuable knowledge and experience in handling break fix issues for Laptops/Desktops.n
- Experience in handling hardware/Software related issues for various desktop/laptop models.n
- Knowledge of deployment of applications via either SCCM or intune.n
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 OS, address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.n
- Experience in testing hardware patches, OS patches and application compatibility.n
- Knowledge and experience in Endpoint encryption tools like Bitlocker.n
- Experience in deploying patches to workstations at large and fix any issues that may arise due to patching.n
- Understanding of Group policy,



identify issues related to Group policies and working with appropriate teams to resolve the issue.n
- Experience in performing OS upgrade, compliance check and remediationn
- Knowledge in handling MacOS issues.n
