Job role : - The Sales Manager – Pan India business will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding VVF's Oleo Chemicals business across Pan India by developing and managing strategic customer relationships, identifying current business opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies. The role focuses on increasing market share, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and strengthening VVF's presence in the Domestic market.
Experience
8–15 years of progressive sales and business development experience in the Oleo Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Surfactants, Personal Care, Home Care, Lubricants, Food Ingredients, or related chemical industry .
Proven experience in managing B2B sales across India, with a strong track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Established network and relationships with Pan India distributors, traders, and key industrial customers across target regions.
Strong understanding of Domestic trade practices, export documentation, pricing strategies, Incoterms, and supply chain management.




Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close high-value Pan India deals.
Experience in developing market entry strategies, managing key accounts, and driving customer retention and business expansion.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with exposure to multicultural business environments.
Willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis for customer meetings, business development, and industry events.
