- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues using SOPs and Knowledge Base articlesn
- Experience supporting users through Chat, Phone, and Emailn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environmentn

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-related issuesn
- Follow documented troubleshooting procedures and knowledge articlesn
- Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting stepsn
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolutionn
- Support deployment of current processes, SOPs, and system changesn
