MANNATT GUPTA is a contemporary luxury womenswear label focused on distinctive silhouettes, refined craftsmanship, intricate surface development, and a modern approach to luxury. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design team in Noida. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of contemporary fashion, excellent design sensibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the design team throughout the collection development process, from research and concept development to final execution. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, colour stories, and visual references. Create accurate and detailed fashion sketches and technical illustrations. Assist with fabric, trim, embroidery, surface development, and garment detailing. Work closely with pattern masters, sampling teams, embroiderers, and production teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately. Prepare and maintain technical design documents,



specifications, and sampling details. Assist with fittings, alterations, corrections, and sample development. Research current fashion, design, textiles, techniques, and international contemporary luxury trends. Support the team with design presentations, collection documentation, and other creative requirements. Maintain organised records of designs, samples, fabrics, trims, and ongoing developments. Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion design, preferably within contemporary, luxury, premium, or designer womenswear. Robust understanding of fashion design, silhouettes, proportions, fabrics, construction, and garment detailing. Excellent fashion illustration and sketching skills .
