nKey Responsibilities
n1. Collections Performance & Analytics
nMonitor portfolio performance across pre-due and delinquent buckets to identify repayment trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities.
nPrepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for internal reviews and business updates.
nAnalyze collection efficiency, overdue movement, repayment behavior, and agency-wise performance using Excel, SQL,



Google Sheets, Metabase, or other BI tools.
n2. Process, Automation & Strategy Support
nIdentify process gaps, reporting gaps, and operational inefficiencies within collections workflows.
nSupport improvements in SOPs, campaign journeys, reporting formats, agency processes, and daily execution routines.
nAssist in automating recurring reports, trackers, mailers, and other operational workflows wherever required.
nContribute to collections experiments, strategy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n3. Agency Coordination & Performance Management
nCoordinate with external collection agencies for allocation tracking, daily follow-ups, performance reviews, and operational support.
nTrack agency productivity, collection outcomes, and key performance indicators to highlight gaps and improvement areas.
nMaintain regular communication with agency partners to ensure execution disc
