- Ensure high-quality patient care, medication administration, and safety standardsn
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teamsn
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure NABH/compliance requirementsn
- Mentor and train junior nursing staffn
- Manage shift planning, staffing, and quality auditsn

nRequirements:

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNMn
- 4+ years of nursing experiencen
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skillsn
