We are building a healthcare institution where discipline, warmth, and precision coexist and we are looking for Lab In-Charge (Pathology) who can bring that same standard to our hospital. Job Summary The Lab In-Charge will manage the overall functioning of the hospital's pathology/diagnostic laboratory, ensuring timely and accurate test results, adherence to medical and safety protocols, and effective coordination between lab staff, clinicians, and patients. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the laboratory including biochemistry, hematology,



microbiology, and pathology sections Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) Oversee sample collection, labelling, storage, and transportation as per protocol Ensure compliance with NABH and NABL standards and other statutory/regulatory requirements Supervise, train, and schedule lab technicians, phlebotomists, and support staff Review test reports for accuracy before release to doctors/patients Maintain and calibrate lab equipment (analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, etc.) and coordinate AMC/servicing Manage inventory of reagents, kits, and consumables; ensure no stock-outs of critical items Implement infection control, biohazard disposal, and biomedical waste management protocols Handle critical/emergency test requests promptly, especially for ICU, OT, and emergency patients Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff regarding test results and di
