Role Description The BIM Coordinator role at Dunbar & Boardman (UK)



is a full-time position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate Building Information Models for vertical transportation and façade access projects, ensuring that architectural, structural, and MEP information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and maintaining BIM standards, federating models from multiple disciplines, conducting clash detection, and supporting project teams with model-based design reviews. The role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, project managers, and external partners, as well as the preparation of BIM documentation, workflows, and project deliverables.
