nPurpose of the Role:
nThe Sales Manager - Fast Track Sales (FTS) is responsible for driving market development, leading the sales team, managing a portfolio of accounts, and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales objectives. The role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strengthening Lindstrom’s market presence.

n1. Sales Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executivesn
- Set clear performance goals and monitor team performancen
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementn
- Ensure team stability and capability development through coachingn

n2. Market Research & Customer Acquisition

- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer segmentsn
- Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisitionn




- Generate leads through multiple channels:n
- Organic: networking, referralsn
- Inorganic: digital marketing, cold calling, field visitsn
- Build a strong and sustainable sales pipelinen

n3. Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirementsn
- Present Lindstrom’s workwear and laundry solutions tailored to customer needsn
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and presentationsn
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders (Plant Heads, CXOs, Quality Heads)n
