nThe AI Technical Analyst plays a critical role within the AI Center of Excellence (COE), translating business needs into intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. This role combines business analysis, process design, and hands-on technical implementation to support the deployment of AI agents, RPA processes, and workflow automation.

- Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observation, and workflow analysisn
