nAs we continue to strengthen our Residential Business , we are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and people-focused professional to join us as Team Leader – Channel Sales and drive business growth through our Channel Partner network.

nEligibility Criteria
nApplicants must satisfy all of the following criteria:
n
- n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience .n
- Experience in the Residential Real Estate Division will be preferred.n
- Experience in managing Channel Partners / Broker Networks and relationship management will be preferred.n
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .n
- Robust customer relationship management and negotiation skills.n




- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive business independently .n
- Experience in leading, mentoring and motivating a sales team.n
- Good understanding of the real estate market and channel sales ecosystem will be an added advantage.n

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Channel Sales & Business Development

- n
- Drive sales and revenue through the Channel Partner / Broker Network .n
- Develop, onboard and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Channel Partners.n
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the Channel Partner network.n
- Drive partner productivity through regular engagement, meetings and business reviews.n
- Ensure consistent business generation through the channel network.n

n2. Team Leadership & Management

- n
- Lead, guide and motivate the Channel Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets .n
- Set individual and team objectives
