ASST. MANAGER PROJECTS (LPG Commercial)

nProject Management:
nThe Asst. Manager Projects role is responsible for:
n- Manage the execution of CAPEX projects of LPG Division customer site installations (Auto LPG Dispensing Station, Bulk, 450 Kg & LOT) from feasibility until completion of construction, commissioning and handover to Operations
n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the projects smoothly.
n- Manage Project planning and monitoring within the domain.
n- Ensure compliance with national regulations, TE rules and specifications and industry standards.
n- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement for B2B projects.
n- Identifying, arranging, controlling and monitoring works executed at customer sites.
n- Coordinating with the multi-discipline team during Project Execution phase
n- Conducting periodic project Risk assessment meetings with HSE team of TE, PMC & Contractor and draw up mitigating measures
n- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
n- Organizing formal closure and handover of the projects and REX report if applicable.
n- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

nSafety, Sustainability & Compliance
nImplement safety initiatives, managing compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, including TE standards, PNGRB, PESO, and OISD ASME and API etc.
nManage sustainability programs to minimize environmental impact and support corporate responsibility goals within the areas of responsibilities.
nControl compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.
nFinancial & Performance Management
nManage the budgeting and resource allocation process to maximize operational efficiency and return on investment for B2B projects.
nControl and manage engineering and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
