The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value and discerning clients across the complete customer journey. The role will serve as an important touchpoint between the client, sales team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning and commitment to exceptional service.
The role will focus on personalized client engagement, lead management, follow-ups, quotation coordination, appointment and site-visit management, CRM hygiene, and post-sales relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a polished communication style, solid attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and a genuine understanding of premium customer expectations.

Location : Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Please note that we are specifically looking for candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana only)

Job type : Full time, Onsite, 6 days (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM ), Sunday fixed off

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, luxury hospitality, lifestyle , high-end real estate, interiors, fashion, jewellery or other closely related premium customer-facing domains.
- Mandatory: Proven experience handling VIP, VVIP, HN
