nJob Overview-
nWe are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic telecom accounts. The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years in senior management, leadership, strategic account management, or business development roles.

nThe candidate should have a strong understanding of the telecom ecosystem, established relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, and proven experience in managing large telecom accounts and driving current business opportunities.
n

nKey Responsibilities-
n• Own and manage strategic telecom accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for key customers.
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers,



business heads, and procurement teams.
n• Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.
n• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
n• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of existing customer engagements.
n• Understand customer requirements and work closely with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
n• Manage opportunities related to telecom projects, network deployment, O&M;, field operations, infrastructure, and related services.
n• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, proposals, and business closures with customers.
n• Coordinate with project, operations, engineering, commercial, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
