Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate creative concepts and business requirements into visually compelling designs across digital and marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, digital design, typography, layouts, and creative storytelling, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume consumer workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for digital, social media, website, app, CRM, performance marketing, and other marketing channels.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with FNP's brand identity, campaigns, products, and key occasions.
- Design creatives for major consumer occasions and festivals such as Valentine's Day, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Mother's Day, Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, and other gifting moments.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, E-commerce, Product,
and Content teams to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Develop campaign assets, banners, promotional creatives, product communication, social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colours, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and dimensions across different platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting defined timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, consumer aesthetics, digital content formats, and creative best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
