nRemuneration: Rs. 75,000 per month (Assistant Project Coordinator - Research) / Rs. 60,000 per month (Senior Researcher), including Rs. 5,000 as transport allowance.

nApplications are invited for the position of Assistant Project Coordinator - (Research)/Senior Researcher on a contractual basis.
n

nCandidates possessing a minimum of 3 years or more of relevant experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Coordinator (Research). However,



candidates shortlisted with less than 3 years of relevant experience will be considered for the position of Senior Researcher.

nAlthough the position is in Delhi, the APC- Research/Senior Researcher is expected to travel to various (3 states) both for research as well as project implementation and monitoring.

nABOUT THE ROLE
n

nThe role of the Assistant Project Coordinator - (Research)/Senior Researcher involves coordinating both the research and operational components of the Internal Police Reforms Project. Working closely with the Project Director (PD), Project Coordinator (PC), and State Supervisors, the he/she will play a key role in project planning, research, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and documentation across three states (Punjab, Telangana & Tamil Nadu).

nESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
n

n- Educational Qualification: M.A in Social Sciences/Police Sciences/Criminology/Public Safety or any other related field. However, candidates with Ph.D.
