? Role & Responsibilities
• Counsel students about Digital Marketing, AI & career-oriented courses
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and follow-ups
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batches and career opportunities
• Convert qualified leads into admissions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records
? Skills & Qualifications
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing is mandatory
• Understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent counselling and convincing abilities
• Valuable sales and lead-conversion skills
• Confident in communicating with students and parents
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Basic understanding of AI tools will be an added advantage
• Experience in education counselling, sales or digital marketing will be preferred
