You report to the Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Or CFO who sets the capital strategy you raise against. This is the seat that goes to the lenders.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The debt strategy and the lender map. Which lender for which asset, at which stage, at what tenor and what cost. Construction finance, term loans, lease rental discounting, structured and mezzanine debt, non-convertible debentures, and the refinancing that follows.
- The public sector and development finance channel. NaBFID under its Transport and Logistics mandate, IIFCL, HUDCO, SIDBI and NABARD where the asset qualifies, and the project finance and infrastructure desks of the public sector banks. This channel is long-tenor, lower-cost and under-used by developers of our size, and building it is a stated objective of the seat rather than an afterthought.
- The private channel alongside it. Private and foreign banks, housing finance companies, infrastructure finance companies and NBFCs, insurance and pension money for long-tenor paper,



private credit and alternative investment funds, and offshore and development finance institution lines where they price better than domestic.
- Every term sheet, from first approach to disbursement. Structuring, negotiation, security creation, covenants, conditions precedent and subsequent, inter-creditor arrangements, and the discipline of never signing a covenant the asset cannot live with.
- Treasury. Cash flow forecasting across special purpose vehicles, drawdown scheduling against construction progress, surplus deployment, banking relationships and mandates, interest rate and currency exposure, and the controls that keep all of it clean.
- The credit story. Rating agency engagement with CRISIL, ICRA and CARE, the information memorandum, the lender pack, and the quarterly reporting that keeps a lender comfortable between drawdowns.
