Job Description
We are looking for a handson Demand Generation Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads and enterprise pipeline through Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, ABM, and marketing automation. The role will manage full Funnel campaigns, HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, sales alignment, performance analytics, landing-page optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Plan, execute and optimize integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns.n
- Manage paid acquisition across Google Search Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Managern
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts and decision-makers.n
- Build and optimize the complete funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Chance → Pipeline → Revenue.n
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle stages, nurturing workflows and lead routign
- Use HubSpot to support campaign execution and CRM integration.n
- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion and sales handoff.n
- Execute email marketing, content-led campaigns,



webinars and other demand-generation initiatives.n
- Optimize landing pages, website conversion paths and campaign performance.n
- Track and report on qualified leads, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline contribution, CPL, cost per SQL, CAC, ROI and attribution.n
- Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve performance.n

- B2B performance marketing or demand generation experiencen
- Strong hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experiencen
- Practical ABM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experiencen
- HubSpot or similar marketing automation experiencen
- Knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring, CRM workflows and sales alignmentn
- Strong analytical and optimization skillsn
- Basic technical SEO and awareness of GEO/AIO trendsn
