nWe are hiring for a leading Asset Management Company for a senior-level Institutional Business role.
n
nBase Location: Kolkata
nTerritory: Rest of West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand & North-East India
nLevel: Chief Manager / Senior Regional Manager
n
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Drive institutional business development across the assigned region.
n• Build and manage relationships with Government Institutions, PSUs, Banks, Large Corporates and Institutional Clients .
n• Identify and convert current business opportunities and institutional mandates.
n• Engage with senior stakeholders including CFOs, Treasury Heads, Finance Heads and key decision-makers .
n• Drive AUM and business growth across the territory.
n• Develop and leverage a strong regional institutional network.
n• Undertake regular travel across the assigned geography for business development and client meetings.
n• Monitor market opportunities, competition and regional business potential.
nIdeal Candidate:
n
n✔️ Experience in Institutional Sales / Institutional Business / Corporate Banking / Government Banking / PSU Banking / Corporate Sales or relevant BFSI functions.
n
n✔️ Strong institutional/corporate relationship network.
n✔️ Proven track record of business acquisition and AUM/business growth.
n✔️ Exposure to Government/PSU, Banking or Large Corporate relationships will be preferred.
n✔️ Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
n✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
n✔️ Stable career history with meaningful tenure in current/previous organisations.
