Our solutions serve enterprise, industrial, and public-sector customers across security, safety, and operational efficiency use cases.
Role Overview We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for Ikshana across India, Middle East, SEA, and Europe. This is a builder role - heavily focused on discovering, creating, and scaling net-current revenue streams from the ground up, with complete accountability over regional business targets and direct exposure to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Hunting & Business Development




- Identify and build relationships with large enterprise accounts across industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and commercial sectors
- Build strategic account plans and drive pipeline generation across regions and sectors.
- Uncover digital transformation opportunities by understanding customer challenges
- Consultative Selling & Solutioning
- Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, solution design, POC coordination, commercial negotiation, and closing
- Work closely with customers to design tailored Vision AI solutions.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and business presentations for CXO-level stakeholders
- Build strong business cases around operational efficiency, cost optimization, and safety/compliance outcomes
- Lead high-value RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and multi-stakeholder corporate procurement processes
- Deal Management & Revenue Ownership
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal discussions and commercia
