nAilaysa is building the infrastructure for global publishing — helping authors and publishers get their books translated, designed, and published for readers in any language, anywhere. We're expanding our creative services division and looking to build a roster of experienced book cover designers to support publishers and authors across genres.

nWhat You'll Do
n
- n
- Design compelling, market-ready book covers across fiction, nonfiction, literary fiction, genre fiction, business, tech, and children's booksn
- Collaborate with editors, authors, and our production team to interpret briefs into robust visual conceptsn
- Adapt designs for print and digital formats (ebook, paperback, hardcover)n
- Deliver print-ready files that meet publishing industry specificationsn
- Work within tight timelines while maintaining design quality and brand consistencyn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- Minimum 20 published book cover titles in your portfolion
- Prior experience designing for established/top publishing housesn
- Demonstrated versatility across multiple genres (fiction, nonfiction, literary fiction, genre fiction, business, tech, children's books)n
- Strong understanding of typography, print production, and genre-specific design conventionsn
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)n
- Ability to work independently, take feedback well, and meet deadlinesn
