- Worked in various environments such as AIX and Linux .n
- Working knowledge of fix packs, cumulative fixes, Firmware and flip modules.n
- Creation of User, domain etc.n
- Ssl renewal process.n
- Device initialization.n
- Backup and restore .n
- Working knowledge various ITIL Tools like snow and Jira tools etc.n
- Opened PMR’s with IBM to solve various issues related to the workplacen
- DataPower DR exercise for Cluster recovery worst case scenario for availability with minimal resources.n
