Job Overview-
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic telecom accounts. The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years in senior management, leadership, strategic account management, or business development roles.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the telecom ecosystem, established relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, and proven experience in managing large telecom accounts and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities-
• Own and manage strategic telecom accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for key customers.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, business heads, and procurement teams.




• Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of existing customer engagements.
• Understand customer requirements and work closely with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
• Manage opportunities related to telecom projects, network deployment, O&M;, field operations, infrastructure, and related services.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, proposals, and business closures with customers.
• Coordinate with project, operations, engineering, commercial, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
