Job DescriptionRole Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through channel partners, drive market expansion, & maintain trade relations. The role requires a hands-on sales leader who can independently generate opportunities, build manage channel sales, negotiate and close high-value deals, and develop long-term relationships with distributors The ideal candidate will have robust experience in managing distributors & wholesalers within electronics, hardware, robotics, industrial automation, education technology, consumer durables, or related technology sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Grow & manage the distribution channel • Build and manage a strong network of loyal distributors • Market expansion by identifying & appointing distributors in new territories • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Display a growth mindset & good team skill • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, repeat business, and long-term account growth.



• Lead commercial negotiations while protecting margins and ensuring profitable business growth. • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, customer records, and performance dashboards through CRM systems. • Track sales metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, deal value, sales cycle, revenue, and account growth. • Collaborate closely with marketing, procurement, logistics, technical, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. • Support and mentor junior sales team members, helping improve prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing capabilities. • Follow structured sales processes, follow-up mechanisms, and account management practices. • Represent Robocraze at client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and business development events as
