Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Radiologist Hiring Manager to build, manage, and continuously optimize the radiologist network for our domestic India and USA teleradiology business.
The role will be responsible for developing a predictable radiologist hiring and onboarding pipeline, identifying radiologists by specialty and geography, managing credentialing and documentation, understanding availability and turnaround-time requirements, and ensuring that adequate radiologist capacity is available to support current and projected case volumes.
- The position requires solid coordination across Recruitment, Clinical Operations, Credentialing, Sales/BD, and Technology/PACS teams.
