About the Role-

We are looking for a MICE Sales / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and acquire corporate clients for our OFFGRYD, Voyalys’s MICE vertical.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in B2B sales, hospitality, corporate sales, travel, or related industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current B2B leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with HR, Admin, Founders, CXOs, and other corporate decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements for corporate offsites, conferences, incentive trips, team outings, and events.
- Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions, proposals,



and quotations.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals effectively.
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle, from initial conversation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal travel, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales.
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Corporate Travel, Travel & Tourism, Hotels, MICE, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships
