Role Description The Senior Highway Engineer – Design/Civil3D expert is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves leading highway design assignments, preparing detailed geometric and pavement designs, and developing drawings and models using Civil3D and related design tools. The engineer will review project requirements, perform technical assessments, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams,



and ensure designs comply with relevant standards and guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design reports, reviewing drawings, supporting feasibility and alignment studies, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and CAD technicians. The role also requires collaboration with project managers, participation in client meetings, and proactive identification of design risks and mitigation measures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust expertise in Highway Design and Highway Engineering for national, state, and urban road projects.
