Job Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating qualified business leads and converting them into confirmed commercial interior projects . The role will focus on identifying prospective clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting the company's capabilities and driving opportunities through to closure.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial interior projects.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.n
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events and market research.n
- Identify companies undertaking office expansions, relocations, renovations or current workplace projects.n
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and target accounts.n
- Proactively reach out to decision-makers including CXOs, Founders, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, Workplace and Real Estate teams.n




- Build relationships with architects, consultants, brokers and other industry networks to generate referrals and leads.n
- Understand the client's business, workspace requirements, project scope, budget and timelines.n
- Qualify leads based on project size, requirement, decision-making process, budget and potential for conversion.n
- Prioritise high-potential opportunities and maintain an active sales funnel.n
- Ensure timely follow-up and movement of qualified leads through the sales pipeline.n
