nRoles and Responsibility:
nData Sourcing and Management:
n
- n
- Identify and source accurate contact information of key decisionmakers and business developers across target industries, including SPM Automobile, Dairy, Food & Beverages, and Pharma & Chemical. This involves leveraging online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, India Mart and industry-specific directories, Automation Expo, and Networking.n
- Continuously update CRM/internal databases with client information, opportunities, and sales activities.n




- Build and maintain a database of prospects across industries such as SPM Automobile, Dairy, Food & Beverage, Pharma & Chemicals and Oil & Gas.n

nSales Meetings:

- n
- Prepare for meetings by researching client manufacturing processes, automation needs, and competitor landscape.n
- Conduct effective sales meetings to:n
- Understand client pain points in production, quality, safety, or efficiency.n
- Position automation solutions (robots, SPMs, conveyors, control panels, VFD, HMI systems, etc.) as the best fit.n
- Generate automation requirements and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.n

nSales Proposals:

- n
- Develop customized proposals and presentations related to SPM that align with the client’s operational and financial goals.n
- Work closely with engineering, project and service teams to prepare technical-commercial offers, quotations, BOM and ROI calculations.n

nSales Conversion:
