About the Role
nWe're looking for a curious, proactive researcher who can help us explore new markets, identify potential clients, and uncover business opportunities for our IT/technology services business.
nYou'll research industries and companies, identify the right decision-makers, reach out to potential prospects, and use these conversations to generate actionable business insights under the guidance of our management team.

nWhat you'll Do:

- Research new industries, markets and potential business opportunities.n
- Identify and profile relevant local and international companies.n
- Research decision-makers and build prospect databases.n
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email and phone calls to initiate conversations.n
- Understand customer needs, challenges and market trends through research and conversations.n
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups and prospect status.n
- Prepare research reports and present key findings to management.n
- Identify promising opportunities and recommend areas worth exploring further.n




- Support management in validating recent markets and potential business opportunities.n

nWhat We Are looking For:
n
- n
- 1–3 years of experience in market research, business research, business development or lead generation.n
- Strong communication skills and confidence in starting conversations with new people.n
- Genuine curiosity about businesses, industries and markets.n
- Comfortable with rejection and able to stay persistent with follow-ups.n
- Good internet, LinkedIn and industry research skills.n
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.n
- Prior exposure to or interest in the IT/technology services industry is a strong advantage.n
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development or International Business preferred.n
- Strong graduates with relevant experience and skills may also be considered.n
