JOB DESCRIPTION – 2D DESIGNER EVENTS & EXPERIENTIAL

nAbout the Role:
nBeatit Entertainment Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer with
nexperience in the Events & Experiential industry to develop impactful visual designs for events, exhibitions,brand activations, and corporate experiences.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

n Create 2D designs for event branding, backdrops, stage graphics, standees, banners, invitations, and
npromotional materials & Stadium Branding , Hospitality lounge branding , Signages .
n Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
n Design layouts and artwork for both digital and print requirements.
n Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, and color formats.
n Work closely with the 3D, creative, production, and account teams.




n Incorporate client feedback and ensure timely delivery of designs.
n Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and overall visual presentation.
n

nRequired Skills
n

n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign/CorelDRAW.
n Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual composition.
n Good knowledge of print production and fabrication requirements.
n Ability to understand and execute creative briefs.
n Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
n Positive communication and teamwork skills.
n

nQualification:
n

nDiploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
nPortfolio showcasing event branding, exhibition, stage graphics, brand activation, or related
ndesign work is mandatory.
