nWe are looking for a Director Social Strategy / Lead to own our social media strategy, audience growth, content direction, and digital brand presence.
nThe ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strong understanding of social media platforms.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.n
- Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.n
- Define content pillars, formats, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies.n
- Work closely with content, design, video, and marketing teams to build high-performing content.n




- Analyse social media metrics and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.n
- Lead social media campaigns, launches, and creator/influencer collaborations.n
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour.n
- Build, mentor, and manage the social media/content team.n
- Establish processes, KPIs, reporting systems, and performance benchmarks.n
- Take ownership of the brand's overall social presence and growth.n

nRequirements

- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or related fields.n
- Proven experience managing social media strategy for a brand, creator, media, or digital-first company.n
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content.n
- Robust knowledge of social media analytics, audience growth, and content performance.n
