Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in New Town, Kolkata , working in a USA night shift . As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant products and offers, handling objections, and closing sales .



You will work with customers primarily in the US market and will be expected to consistently achieve individual sales and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through inbound and/or outbound sales calls . Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Explain product features, pricing, benefits, terms, and next steps clearly. Use effective sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques .
