Epicor ERP Consultant Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to administer, support, configure, and enhance Epicor ERP/Kinetic platform. The role will partner with business stakeholders, application teams, and technical teams to ensure platform stability, optimize business processes, and support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives. Epicor ERP Configuration & Functional Support: Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Epicor ERP/Kinetic business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and system settings. Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Epicor ERP solutions and configurations. Troubleshoot Epicor application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions. Optimize Epicor ERP utilization by partnering with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency, user adoption, and overall system effectiveness. Customization & Workflow Management Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, and Application Studio configurations. Support workflow automation and business process enhancements.



Implement system customizations following Epicor best practices. Ensure configurations remain supportable and aligned with business needs. Integration & Application Support Key Responsibilities Support integrations between Epicor ERP and enterprise applications, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange. Troubleshoot API, interface, data flow, and transaction processing issues to minimize business disruption. Support data imports, exports, and integration enhancements using XML, JSON, and API-based solutions. Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities with technical teams and business stakeholders. Platform Upgrades & Change Management Key Responsibilities Participate in Epicor ERP upgrades, maintenance releases, and enhancement projects. Conduct regression testing and system validation activities. Assess upgrade impacts on configurations, workflows, and integrations. Document changes,
