- Ensure onboarding quality and take accountability of service deliverablesn
- Ensure adequate manpower availabilityn
- Monitor daily performance and motivate team and provide proper trainingn
- Visit partners, markets as requiredn
- Gather customer feedback and mentor and counsel manpowern
- Motivate partners for timely targetsn




- Handle escalations and ensure satisfactionn
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Network, Finance teamsn
- Participate in various Business Activities as requiredn
