- EBS, PDC Management & Cheque Bounce Handlingn
- IFRS 9 ECLn
- UAE VAT & FTA e-Invoicingn
- SAP RE-FX exposure (Lease Management, RERAPP, Service Charge Settlement, IFRS 16)n
- SD/PS Integration, Data Migration & Cutovern

nMandatory Domain Experience:

- n
- Experience working on Dubai/UAE Real Estate projects with Property Developers, Leasing, or Property Management companies.n
- Robust understanding of Property Sales, Installment Collections, RERA Escrow Processes, Tenant Billing, and Service Charge Settlements.n

nKey Deliverables:

- n
- Configure and implement FI-AR/PDC processes.n
- Support Real Estate receivables, collections, and escrow-related requirements.n
- Execute testing, migration, cutover, and go-live support.n
