nRole Summary: We are looking for an aggressive, result-driven Sales Manager to aggressively expand our B2B footprint in Mumbai. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting corporate decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement) to closing high-value corporate rate contracts and managing strategic accounts.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles targeting mid-to-large enterprises, MNCs, and SMEs for corporate accommodations and MICE solutions.n
- Identify, pitch, and secure new corporate accounts through cold outreach, networking, and structured meetings.n
- Manage and grow existing key accounts,



maximizing wallet share and driving repeat business.n
- Draft competitive commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close RFPs effectively.n
- Collaborate closely with operations and reservation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired clients.n
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.n

nCandidate Profile & Experience:

- n
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven B2B enterprise/institutional sales experience.n
- Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Corporate Travel Management (TMCs), Hospitality Sales, Co-working Space Leasing, Business Hotels, or Corporate Real Estate will be given first preference.n
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills with an established network of corporate Admin/HR contacts in Mumbai.n
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required).n
