We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to help transform Salesforce from an underutilized CRM into a simple, intuitive, and highly functional sales workspace. You'll work across sales workflows, CRM architecture, Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, integrations, and team enablement to make Salesforce the operational home and single source of truth for the sales organisation.

What you'll do
- Sales workflow & CRM architecture: Work with sales leadership to understand the sales process from prospecting and outbound sales through customer development and account management, and determine how these workflows should live within Salesforce
- Salesforce configuration & optimisation: Evaluate the existing Salesforce setup and configure objects, fields, page layouts, sales stages, views, permissions, activity tracking, automations, and data structures around the needs of the sales organisation
- Pipeline & sales operations: Build practical workflows for leads, contacts,



accounts, opportunities, pipeline management, opportunity progression, follow-ups, customer management, sales activity, goals, and accountability
- Data & process optimisation: Clean up and organise existing Salesforce data, identify unnecessary complexity, and simplify processes so the team can manage key customer and pipeline information effectively
- Automation & integrations: Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and duplicate entry through Salesforce automation and integrations, and determine what should be native to Salesforce, integrated with Salesforce, or left outside the CRM
- Dashboards & reporting: Build dashboards and reports covering total pipeline, pipeline by stage and salesperson, new opportunities, opportunity movement and velocity, wins/losses, sales activity, customer growth, forecasting, and individual/team performance
