nSection 1: Purpose of the position
n

- n
- Candidate will be responsible for accounting profile at IBU, GIFT City, Gujaratn




- To independently set up and operate Accounting and Risk function at International Business Unit (IBU), GIFT City, Gujarat.n
- To maintain books of accounts, reconciliations, daily control activities, Head office / regulatory reporting, periodic Financial statement preparation and audit handling.n
- To manage Direct and Indirect tax compliancesn
- To prepare all the prudential reports in line with IFSCA regulation.n
- To understand and prepare HO risk ratios and explain the management as well as supervisor whenever required.n

nSection 2: Job Responsibilities

nFinancial Accounting, Taxation, Regulatory reporting and Risk
n
- n
- Maintain books of Accounts including postings, managing daily controls includes Bank reconciliation etc.n
- Preparation of Financial Statements [JGAAP and IFRS]n
- Manage audits/ external reviews like statutory audit, review by regulators etcn
- Preparation and submission of Head office related reports.
