Role Overview: Chicnutrix is looking for an Offline Sales Manager – Dermatologist Channel to build and grow the brand’s recommendation-led business through dermatologists, dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres and high-quality dermato-pharmacies. This is a field-intensive, relationship-led role focused on scientific product education, ethical doctor engagement, clinic activation and conversion of dermatologist recommendations into sustainable patient and retail sales. Key Responsibilities Dermatologist Mapping & Engagement: Identify, map and segment dermatologists, cosmetic dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, trichologists and high-potential skin clinics in assigned territories. Classify doctors based on practice profile, patient volume, relevant concern areas, clinic locations, influence, dispensing potential and fit with the Chicnutrix portfolio. Build long-term relationships with dermatologists through regular, meaningful and scientifically appropriate engagement. Create territory-wise doctor coverage plans,



visit frequency schedules and engagement objectives. Plan doctor onboarding, introductory meetings, product detailing, follow-ups and periodic business reviews. Maintain accurate doctor profiles, interaction histories, feedback and recommendation potential in CRM/MIS systems. Scientific Detailing & Product Education: Conduct structured product detailing with dermatologists using approved product dossiers, ingredient data, safety information, consumer-use guidance and claim-support material. Clearly explain product positioning, key ingredients, mode of use, skin-type suitability, routine placement and realistic consumer outcomes. Position topical skincare products and beauty-nutrition supplements responsibly as complementary components of a skincare routine, not as substitutes for medical diagnosis or prescription treatment.
