Job Description – Senior Guidewire Developer

nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire implementations, a solid understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, and the ability to independently own end-to-end delivery while collaborating effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)n
- Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsn
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendationsn
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervisionn
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesn
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards,
and performance considerationsn
- Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model)n
nRequired Skills & Experience:

- n
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementationsn
- Strong hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter.n
- Valuable to have experience inn
- BillingCentern
- ClaimCentern
- Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patternsn
- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery modelsn
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)n
