We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can independently generate opportunities, build client relationships and drive business growth across multiple B2B verticals.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate recent B2B sales leads through field visits by directly visiting customers at their business premises, cold calls, emails, networking and LinkedIn
• Identify potential clients, decision-makers and strategic partners
• Contact prospects and schedule meetings with key stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales documents
• Conduct regular follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Maintain an organised CRM with leads, meetings, follow-ups and opportunity status
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, institutions, businesses and industry partners




• Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and networking events when required
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Support digital and offline marketing activities for lead generation
• Assist in developing partnerships and strategic collaborations
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth transition from sales discussions to execution
• Track monthly sales targets, pipeline and conversions
• Work closely with the Founder/Management on business growth initiatives

Who Can Apply
Candidates with:
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Marketing or Client Acquisition
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or any relevant discipline
