We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster. The role will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, maintaining customer service standards, and achieving business targets.
The Cluster Manager will work closely with Store Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure smooth functioning of all stores and will report directly to the Regional Manager .

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned cluster.
- Drive achievement of sales targets, revenue, profitability, and other business KPIs across the cluster.
- Monitor store-wise performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and implement action plans to improve sales, productivity, conversion, and customer experience.
- Guide, motivate, and monitor Store Managers and store teams to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits and review store performance, staff productivity,



attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, operational processes, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of VM guidelines and maintenance of store presentation standards.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer complaints when required.
- Identify training and development requirements of store teams and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share performance updates with the Regional Manager.
- Analyse store performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional activities, launches, offers, and company initiatives across stores.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth execution of retail operations.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, documentation, and compliance
