Job Summary
nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales across the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise clients. Experience in selling IT services, digital solutions, staffing, healthcare technology, or healthcare-related services to US-based organizations will be highly preferred.
nThe candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strategic relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets.
nKey Responsibilities

nIdentify, qualify, and generate current enterprise business opportunities in the US market.
n•
nConduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking activities to build a strong sales pipeline.

nSchedule and secure a minimum of 4 qualified client meetings per month with enterprise decision-makers.
n•
nEngage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business needs and present relevant solutions.
n•




nManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

nPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value enterprise deals.
n•
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
n•
nCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and ensure successful client engagement.
n•
nMaintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
n•
nAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business development targets.
n•
nStay updated on US market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Healthcare and Enterprise sectors.
nRequired Qualifications
n•
nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
n•
n6+ years of experience for Business Development Manager level.
